TricNic Christmas Menu

$55 Per Person. Minimum 10 People. BOOK TODAY!

Let us, caterer, something from our Christmas Menu. You have the option of choosing 2 types of meat, 2 sides, 1 salad & 1 dessert.

Oven Roasted Whole Jerk Turkey

Served with honey glazed carrot, herbed mashed potatoes, TricNic jerk sauce, and cranberry chutney. 

Charcoal Jerk Chicken

Served with, rice & peas, coleslaw salad and Tricnic jerk sauce.

Slow Roast Striploin Beef

Marinade in rosemary, thyme, and garlic, served with herbed oven-roasted potatoes, glazed green beans, and red wine saute mushroom.

Tricnic Curry Goat

Tender pieces of goat are slowly simmered in an aromatic blend, garlic, thyme, onion, scotch bonnet pepper, and TricNic Curry Paste, Served with plain rice and pasta salad.

Escovitch Snapper Fish

Deep-fried then doused liberally with a pickling sauce. Made from vinegar, pimento, onion, scotch bonnet pepper, and carrots.

Creamy Pasta Salad

Mayo, sweet corn, sweet peppers and green onion.

Watermelon Salad

Watermelon, baby arugula, and feta.


DESSERTS:

Sweet up your tooth with our traditional Caribbean desserts.

Jamaican Rum Cake

A taste of Caribbean appleton rum, with vanilla, and Butter rum.
