Tricnic catered a co-worker dinner event for me and I was very impressed with the overall service from start to finish. Chef Nicholas gave great recommendations for the menu planning and he executed that plan seamlessly. The spring roll appetizers were warm and well presented. The fresh garden salad was delightful to the eyes and to the tongue. The jerk chicken main course was juicy and spiced just right. The cheese cake & fruit dessert was well presented and delicious. All the food was exquisite and the plate service provided by Chef Nicholas was the sugar on top.The ladies I hosted were equally impressed and requested Tricnic business cards. Thank you Chef Nicholas for a wonderful evening, a fantastic meal and a job well done! Looking forward for you to cater our next event.

Tricnic catered our event on Saturday for over 150 guests, including a few distinguished guests such as the Mayor of Markham and several Members of Parliament. They were very professional and the food was of high quality. The food presentation was colourful, creative and fresh. Most importantly, the food was savoury and outstanding! Thank you Tricnic for your services, we have used other catering companies in the past however you are at the top of our list. I had a wonderful experience with Tricnic Catering! I used their services for my moms retirement/birthday party and all the guests were raving about the food and its presentation. In my honest and constructive opinion, the quality was excellent, however, for that price, you will have to kick it up a few notches on the quantity of chicken.... Our main focus and attraction were the 'jerk chicken' but it fell short and i was truly not fully satisfied with that..... Better quantity would win me over.

To be honest i have not tried many Jerk Chicken to compare. But any that i have tried i didn't like. This is the second time i have tried his jerk and i love it!! it was very well presented also.
I think we should order from him more often
